Looking forward to the weekend and meeting everybody. I'm planning on launching at Trail creek marina, is there anything to be aware of? Also, I'm wondering how long of an anchor line do I need? Does everybody anchor or just float to watch the race?

So if we have to at the ditch at noon I will be leaving EC around 10:30 am just too leave a little time for meeting up.......BZ

Morry we will also launch in the creek Friday. That is where we put in last year and had no trouble at all. If the lake is as flat as they are saying getting a good hook should not be a problem. It was very windy last year and we were hooked good.

The ramp and pier is short. You can get in just use caution. Law requires at least 150' of anchor line on da big pond.
