If you are going to heat it check out Re- Verber-Ray they make nice radiant tube heaters. With your side wall height it should work good for you, that what I use to heat my shop. I have a 42 x 64 at our house 30 X 64 of it is heated. I just had a 30 x 30 built at our cottage.

Finally, put the boat in there until the ground thaws and I start on the flooring. As you can see I have plenty of room incase I decide I want to go to a 47' on a goose neck trailer.
