I saw it in person and I liked it! It would be cool to incorporate it into a desk set or something. I loved the throw pillows!

    Thanks!

I was also kicking around the idea of a 3D framed image. Perhaps use the original image for the background and then have a Statuette made to be applied onto the image with a spacer behind it. Then enclose it in a deep frame....

It seams like we are always trying to come up with new stuff and Tim beat me to the post on this one so I'll just post a couple more examples of a few I just had done. I just got these back today. They are pretty cool and heavier material than what I expected. I'm sending these down to Miami with a buddy so hopefully they will be sitting around at the booths if anyone wants to see what they are like.

    Nice looking treatment-

what is the substrate? The white edges look like foamcore? 1/2" gatorboard?
Is it a vinyl print? laminated?

Mine are on white 3/16 acrylic. It's actually pretty solid. They could be done on a black which might be better depending on the image.

The statuette is made from an image I shot.
Images are printed on regular photo paper and mounted on 1/8" thick white acrylic. A trained artist traces the subject(s) and creates a cut file that is used to laser cut the subject(s).

1/4" thick white acrylic base. Ships flat, easy to assemble.

    Sizes available:

    5 x 7 $24.99

    8 x 10 $ 32.99

    Sweet!

Funny you posted this, I saw it on the table of a pic on another thread and was thinking it was pretty cool and wondering what the story was behind them. I started to ask about them, the got side tracked and that was that.

    This is called a "STANDOUT"

A Standout is a 1.5" thick, lightweight Gatorfoam with a lightly textured black or smooth white trim around the edges.

You can select paper finish and trim color after adding photos to the Cart.
