    Sweet ride

Gotta love how it shows a 42' Fountain with a length of 38.5'

    At least they're honest

If a boat with that paint was in my drive in the morning, my ass would be in a hotel room that night

I met Dave a few years ago in the dry pits. Interesting guy. Also just making a spectacle of it, and himself.
He's been on a Discovery channel show about a few different planes he owns.
Yeah, the boat is ugly as hell, ranks up there with "Pimp of the Nation" in more ways than one. But still I imagine a badazz ride with that hardware.

Pretty nice conversion from a twin canopy race boat to almost a Donzi ZrComp interior look.

Not a fan of the paint but for the right price that could be changed.......

I´ve met Dave a few times and his son & the whole crew, nice partying bunch and despite the looks very competitive when the need be.
Also seen the boat in person and say it again, it is the first Fountain ever I really liked, despite in my first offshore race winning with a Fountain overall a few years back.
Just as Hardcore as a boat can be. A Racer.
The Paint yes I´d change it to all Black or yellow, not much else.
Offshore Racing wasn´t designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.

Not the first boat to have an over-the-top paint job. And the detail work in it looks pretty significant.

There's no paint job that's going to be "right" for 100% of the people. Ugly to one is stunningly beautiful to another. That one just wouldn't fly in my house.

This may be a stupid question but what the hell are the hoses attached to the top of the cavitation plate for?

I really like the sit down style of the cockpit for the same reason I like cats.
I like the paint job yet I would have mixed feelings about having a nude woman on the side of the boat. It will attract attention and some may not be good. Overall I like it.

A large cat like a spotted Panther instead of the woman might look nice to tie-in with the paint theme on the deck.
