I'd be in favor of a war tax as long as it shows up on pay check stubs as such. There are too many people in this country that are oblivious of the cost if war both in human and monetary terms

Chit, the most conservative prez we have had since Reagan was Bill Clinton. Does it matter if he had a "D" after his name if he cut the federal spending with a conservative congress???? Answer is NO.
