Maybe we can get that D-bag from the TV show "Pinks" in on it to lend some modern-era TV style credibility to the whole thing!

You are making no sense here. If it helps any, Im not looking to take you up on the booze and whores offer. 1200 HP motors. #6 dry sumps, set up with the help of Tommy Chief and (according to you lighter than Allez Vite) and cant hit 100 mph? How fast do you think it was?

Who said anything about whores?
The bet was about seeing naked ladies and enjoying adult beverages.
Guess for you looking at playboy means you got laid...
but Back to track.
If you want speed argue about Fountains or Hydros.
Aīs seldom hit triple digits and for some reason especially not 41īs.Last edited by MikeyFIN; 10-15-2009 at 07:58 AM.
Offshore Racing wasnīt designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.

Unless someone put dry sump #6's, not that, that really matters, it had #5's on it and when Tommy put a set of motors together for it it was set-up to run P-3 which was the 90mph class and he ran it pretty much on the pins the whole race he dialed it in for the turns!!!!!
OK I will agree with you IF it had 1200+ HP on a good day it would run over 100......BUT the bet still stands it wont break 110.....If you want phone numbers to several people that can justify this statement by all means contact me!!!!!!
And there's a difference between a whore and a stripper!!!!God forgives.....The 1% doesn't!!!!!!

What are the rules? Would it be an advantage to have a boat thats faster than 102mph as long as you dont break out? or to have a boats that with a different set up would have a higher top speed but is set up for acceleration and throttle response. which I was told was Predators case. Listen Im not a Predator Grupy or anything like that, I couldnt care less if the boat did 80 mph or 120. But it just so happens that i had been told by people that knew the boat, and I believe arent lying the boat did 113, and I was specifically told that after that they changed that set up, looking for more acceleration instead of ultimate top speed. Impossible?

10-16-2009 09:16 AMIf anyone hasn't done so already, go to http://www.predator41.com/ and watch the 2006 races.....
2006 Key West Race 1, 98 mph @ 5400 rpm.
2006 Key West Race 3, 101 mph (6 minutes in; "whoah, 101, god damn it, we're ok tuck it in")
They were consistently watching their speed in race 3 which leads me to believe the boat is sub 101+ mph. I don't how much above 101 but logic would lead me to believe it's definitely over 101
Great way to start any day!
