The next 30 days will be filled with long hours and an extreme amount of dedication from some hardworking men, but the end result will be worth it. Outerlimits is going to update the progress of the Birth of a Race Boat. The deck went into the mold a few days ago, so literally this boat will go from a 55 gallon drum (or two) to the Key West Pits in roughly 30 days. We would like to thank Joe Sgro for the opportunity to build this boat for him.

10-08-2009 11:19 PMJoe is a Boat Racer. In my twisted mind that is one of the highest compliments possible. I have known and raced with him for ten years. I consider him a friend, I hope he feels the same.

The boat will not be powered by Ilmor or Mercury. The power will be revealed in a future update.
