Hello,
I thought I should introduce myself and show off some pics of my "old school" '79 24.
I bought it last year from the second owner out of Erie, PA. It's got a 468 BBC with a gale banks twin turbo set-up making 8lbs of boost. The boat is said to do 80mph. I have not up that fast yet...
This is a great site with a lot of info and nice boat, glad to be here.
p.s I am in need of starboard BBC "log style" Merc manifold. If anyone has any leads please let me know!

Sweet looking classic. Very unique with those turbos!
80 doesn't sound like a stretch with that power plant.

Thanks for the comments. I love the classic offshore look and feel. Not that the new boats aren't nice. My next step is to find my way down to Miami for that Bimini race.
