11-12-2008 06:29 PMEndnagered Species is still in St. Clair Shores, MI. Paul Smith redid the entire boat about three years ago. Unfortunately Paul is no longer with us and the boat is for sale thru his estate. Dick Smith and Joe Steck ran the boat a few weeks ago and it still runs like a champ. Still one of the coolest cats around.

Before I saw the boat in person, I had every intention of going back to the old school Pantera slash/fade stripes down the side, but once I saw the blue (with a metalflake in it) stripe, I've grown really fond of it. If you're ever going to race it, the swim platform has definately got to go. Who needs the extra weight? We should have took it off and left it in my garage, that way when you're ready to sell it, it would be on the side of the country with the most 28s and you could save on freight.
