    Another event you may choose to keep you in the boat loop until the SBI Worlds is the annual IBEX Boatbuilding Show in Louisville Kentucky.

    For those of you not familiar with it, I'll put in a couple links.

    It is encouraged to preregister with the link in the overview. They always have how to demonstrations and the latest techniques from many exhibitors.

    Yep, more of an announcement than a conversation.

    SO far I only know of one member who may go. Some are getting ready for the Lauderdale boat show. Others are getting ready for the World's in Key West.

    The IBEX show is a great one for boat builders and riggers to see the latest and greatest. The average performance boater is most likely not interested, unless they have a change or improvement they would like to do to their boat.

    I'm trying to remember if it was last year, or the year before, when they had the new bow thruster deal that used a much smaller 2" or so jet type thrust unit. I'll see if I can find it or if it flopped. It was a really neat idea for the smaller performance boats vs the big yachts.
