thanks man i used to do the dealer prep on a lot of these back in the day
i love the handling of the 31 they ride so nice
heres a pic outside
That looks very nice, I need to paint my boat one of these days.
thanks man we worked hard on it it came in after someone else had started the repairs what a mess took a ton of extra filing and glass work to get it all back decent plus as you can see we removed all the factory striping as per customers direction we did it in a three week turn around to
i got a hot check from this guy
is there a time limit to file its been 15 days
i got a bs story that i gave him some time now hes asking for more time
no i let it go back if i still had it there wouldnt be a problem
i trusted the guy and he gave me a heads up about the hot check but then i got the new repayment checks in the mail story
i just got a bad feeling i got screwed
its making me sick
If you ran it and it came back... you should be covered. If not.. RUN IT!
Then call the Dist. Attny.
It is a Felony. I am sure he would rather worst case... give you the boat and settle, than go to jail, which you still have lien rights so get on it.
the guy has been acting like hes going to take care of it i was pose to get a money order today it didnt show
he did over night me another check and that was hot as well
he says he had a deposit bounce on him and hes pose to get that taken care of so he can pay me
i hate to have to put anyone in jail but if i have to i will
Hope it works out for you!
I have to say that even a Certfied Cashiers Check can be a deal that turns sour and the reason being isssss a friend of mine who lives here in Holland Mich sold a classic truck to a guy from down south and the payment was a cashiers check well come to find out after the check was cashed at his local bank and two to three weeks went by..... the State police payed him a vist telling him that even though the check looked like the real deal and printed on the same quality of paper it was a fraud and he had to repay the full amount back to the bank .
In South Florida the Banks will hold a "Certified Check" for 30 days before the money is available.
yes its sad really how someone can get away with stealing like this
but at least everyone who sees the boat or reads this will have the information on him as a hot check writer
the only satisfaction the victom gets is they go to jail but that does not mean you will ever get your money
