Awesome job Jim you are the man....best of luck to everyone this weekend should make for some exciting racing.
Too bad you can't make it to Biloxi. Even if it were just to pitch the guys some crap (and spy)......
Anyone know if they will be streaming it live or any other type of coverage to see it.
Race Producer Woody Bailey is excited to have Clear Channel news radio station 104.9 broadcast the Sunday races.

Team Tug It was on the road, headed for Biloxi yesterday, for about 2 hours, when Kevin saw sparks and smoke from behind the hauler. When we pulled over, we found that the trailer had broken in half! This happened at about 2:30 PM. After getting the boat and broken trailer towed to a nearby shop, we had a friend back in MD unload his boat from his trailer. We drove the hauler BACK to MD, grabbed his trailer, then went back to the tow company in VA. The tow company had two large tow trucks, and was able to lift Tug It in the air, while we switched trailers. Once we loaded Tug It onto the borrowed trailer, we saw that the bottom of the boat (the V), was not sitting on ANY of the bunks. The outside chines of the hull, were only on about 1 inch of the outside bunks. We realized at this point that we had no chance of making it to Biloxi. We didn't even feel safe trailering Tug It back to MD on the borrowed trailer. Tomorrow, we will go BACK to the tow company in VA with Kevin's Powerplay trailer, and switch the boat one more time. Now we have to get the trialer, boat and hauler ready for Ocean City, MD in a couple of weeks. We really did try everything we could to make it to Biloxi.......very disappointing.
Kevin that suck sorry to hear. I know how hard you guys worked and what a great job you did. I guess it could of been worst thank god the boat didnt end up on the road like Peter Myers a few yrs back in the keys.
Wow! Sorry to see that Kevin, rough way to start the season but glad everyone is safe!!
