Tony's parents are EVIL!!! Imagine those poor lobsters trying to navigate the Florida currents without tails......
I'm good with it. I want to cook it
Steak and Lobster night... mmmm
I've cooked them two ways, on the grill or boil, cut up and in a red sauce
Grill would probably work best as I'm already grilling the steaks. Just throw them on there? How do I tell when they're done?
I hope you get more advise than I can give but they will turn very orange when they r cooked.
Split the tails down the center leaving shell on the outside. Brush the exposed meat with butter and cook with meat down and then meat up for about 3 minutes per side. If the meat is white and not clear all the way through you are done.
They suck ..... go ahead and ship them to me - I'll dispose of them properly..... hehehehe!!!
Bingo! Before global warming, we went to KW every year during "Mini Lobster Season". The grills at The Galleon were on all day long- prety much could roll up with your catch, dump them off and grab some already cooked ones right off the grill. All you could eat, then freeze the other 2-3 dozen to bring home.
mmmm gooooooodddddddd. A little butter, some garlic and old bay seasoning.
Thanks guys
