There you go. I was just going off of what my customer was telling me. This was no multi million dollar mansion. Must have been a different Bullock family. :dupe:

My Uncle built a monster house in Lauderdale, one lot off ICW:

2.5mm for the dumpy house (torn down)
11,000 sq ft replacement
450,000 in impact glass windows
24,000 month mortgage
7,000 month for electric (house is empty 6 months a year)
228,000 for annual property taxes (down to 180K now that market cooled)
350 month for pool guy
800 month for fish tank cleaner (tank is big enough that the guy can/does swim in it)
1,000 week for handyman/house cleaners

House has the best of the best, stayed there often.............WORTH THE COSTS INVOLVED? NO WAY ! ! ! ! !
