Ive built a couple of walk ins for Italians......they have two complete kitchens in the house and enough food to easily live for a year without food shopping.....the one guy made tons of his own wine and several types of his own salami.....pretty cool actually

But seriously. My dad had a wineard in Hungray. He made more money on a few years of wine making and selling to restaurants, then decades working on his regular job.
