Someone told me at a poker run he was headed out and it looked rough so as he was pulling a u-turn in the inlet the boat made like a canoe and rolled over. It was at idle so this wasn't a violent spin out type thing.

The boat pictured is still around, I saw it at a poker run a two years ago but I have no idea if that was the boat that Skip got wet: http://www.flpowerboat.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=128&pos=66

This boat was never rolled. It was owned by wetkitty. After that was owned by Joe Spina who currently owns Loose Cannon(36 nor-tech). I know its been owned by atleast 2 people since then. It did have 575sci's.

Could never imagine a 42 making like a canoe and rolling. Would take huge short waves and even then not sure. Especially in a channel.

I remember giving a six pack of beer in the Key West Poker Run IN '04 OR '05 to whoever owned it while they were putputting back up Biscayne bay to Miami after loosing a motor.

I highly DOUBT that thing rolled over, it would of been talked about here and OSO a ton and guys like Tank and LSjr would remember that without a doubt. This is a bad rumor to start.
