APBA Offshore National Championship Series Picture Bright For 2023

Kicking off in April, the 2023 APBA Offshore National Championship Series is the result of collaboration among Powerboat P1/P1 Offshore and Race World Offshore.

The biggest thing I notice is the lack of OPA. In 2022 OPA had 5 events, P1 had 3, and RWO had 2.
In 2023 there are 5 for RWO and 3 for P1, zero for OPA.

None for OPA? Makes me wonder if Smitty actually pulled the plug on his threats to withdraw from APBA all along.
