That's too bad.

They did go back and change the rule to what it was because none of the requirements for a rule change were followed. But, they are not the only ones who have had made major changes to their racing plans because of that rule change being allowed. Even if it was only for one race.

It really is disheartening that a couple of whiners were able to get a rule changed that had been in effect since at least 2009 just because they did not want a level playing field. And that it was in direct violation of at least 5 rulebook requirements to the process for changing rules but happened anyway.

Sorry to see them go.
