No one is as bad as Biden.

Spent some time talking to Larry about safety and rules at the APBA meeting in Orlando. He's ambitious! That's good!

I'd like to see some young guys, or girls, replace Pelosi, Biden, Schumer, Feinstein, etc.

Even the ones off the short bus couldn't do as bad as that group.....

Starting to wonder about Cigarette though. First they back out of the Doug Wright deal. Then they back out of the Ley West World's sponsorship. Getting a bit confusing.....

Seems he has a different plan. Races of his own.

Yep, it happened. I have no feedback yet.

Jeff, "Freezeframe" was there. Here is a link to his website with some of the pictures he took.

I don't know if you've used Jeff's site before. But, if you click on "Next Photo", it goes to the next full page of pictures.

It would have been better for the sport to support a functioning group of events. Oh well, same as it ever was.

you got it jim.

i gues im really out of it now.i heard nothing of this event .

looked a little shy on participants ,but it was something.

im just spoiled i guess..i remmember when 60 boats was a very poor turnout.

one year we had 142 boats in keywest ..dina couldnt find enough spots .

wonder if it will ever catch on again/?

Seems to me the biggest events were APBA. There was one principal org. Then Carbonell split it[ with help form some celebrities} . Then years later it split again{ racers split it, another story in itself}
Next thing you know there are 4 orgs all fighting for the racers.

There was some continuity forming in recent years. Now another new guy comes in to stir the pot. A real shame IMO.

the racers got serious the sponsors were bigger and more of them.

I was blessed to run Factory 2 in the big years APBA and SBI, Ran SVL and Super V in OSS best years. Also witnessed APBA in 85-89 in Key West. Big true international events. Way cool!
