The drowning (it's what it was ruled) of the 19 year old man was local and very recent. It is still under investigation but ODNR plans to use the family boat to recreate the condition. The dock tests out fine. The boat is suspect. The sons went in after the dad, who went in after the family dog who actually fell in. Very sad.
