Best of results to you both. I had surgery this am...everything went great and I am walking on it like he never even removed 40% of the meniscus. This arthro. knee surgery is so much easier than shoulder labrum repairs....and the Appendectomy I also had this year. Man turn 40 & it sure hits the fan! Seriously, best wishes for speedy recoveries all around.

glad you're okish paradox. btw, you should keep the avanti, store it for a few months till you get better. in the north people store theirs for 5-6 months every year.

hope everyone else is alright..

THanks BBB, it was a shoulder surgery. Rorating cup, some labrum tear. some thing with the bicapt attachements and something else needed repair.
5 holes. Pretty screwd up. Worse then I thought. IT will be ok, with time.
Thaks fo rall of your kind thoughts.

Yes, that is a major PITA surgery! I had 4 titanium anchors and nylon put in my shoulder last Jan 07'....Labrum was completely gone; reconstruct took 3x longer than they anticipated. But no cuff damage...it is now better than ever though, so be patient and let it heal properly and you'll be back in action before you know.:03:

I hope everyone is over their surgery and on the mend. Be patient as it will take some time and then of coarse there will be the rehab for months after. The good news is with some time you should make a good recovery. My surgery was on July 2nd, and arm / shoulder is about 90%. Still in physio tho.

This is what it is like to go boating the day after you tear your shoulder up. Just get everything set up with one good arm and sit back and enjoy the ride, on meds of coarse. :)

He, he. Good eye Mark. Think we were running about 60 there. That was on the way back from Cancun. Didn't want to push it too hard. Wish the water had been that good for more of the trip. That day I only drove about 100 miles of good water at best and Sobo had to handle 300 miles of the big stuff. :)
