I imagine the 1075's fetched a nice price somewhere. The 454's probably still get it up on plane - although kind of comical seeing those motors in the engine bays.

The only MTI out there that has room to build an "aft cabin".
The seller is going after a certain market niche.

It probably was sold with 525's. The fun thing is the exhaust looks like 3". They haven't been used since 1985. And the old Mallory point distributors..And small propshafts. Nice.

Notice the telltale on 120 something...LOL

The same reason there are no appliances in a foreclosed home. why give it to the bank.

It originally had blower motors and Imco's, then blower motors and #6's, and then it was all taken out before being repo'd and replaced with that junk.

so if it was cut for 6's, then went back bravos and the cheapest motors they could find,to be dumped on the market makes one wonder how cheaply the transom work was done.....

It seems to me to be a form of theft. I wonder if banks have ever charged anyone for stripping a boat of the most valuable parts it's engines and drives. 600 or 800k to 149k. :beatdeadhorse5:

Under a bankruptcy, I don't know if there is anything they can do.

Under a repossession, the person would be responsible for the difference between what was owed and what it was auctioned for by the bank.

Someone on here will know for sure.

I have watched boats being repossesed completely stripped and no one seems to care. It's all just paperwork to them. The yard where it ends up at, usually strips the good stuff off any way..

Thats where the problem starts 800K, - motors and drives and its only worth $149K at best. So $650K for motors and drives?? And their selling like hotcakes!
