Replace your crappy marine speakers that came with your boat for these:

I have 2 pair of JL co-axial speakers (MX650 CCX classic grilles in white) that are brand new. I never even opened the box. They sell for $250, I'll sell them for $200 a pair and I'll pay shipping to lower 48.

They should sound lots better that any other "marine" speaker.

Anyone here buy them? I am thinking about upgrading my speakers. Getting a new head unit for Christmas so I might as well do the rest of it.

So just wanted to know if the buyer is happy with them.

On the BT post ur boat thread there is a link to Gary in Fl that did the system in my BT.

The guy is incredible on systems. Get ahold of him and let him know you're from here and see what he says.

When he talks about the system in the BT I just get lost with his talk about linked in series and groups of three etc.

I did a pretty crazy stereo on my Checkmate. I have done stereos for years. Been a few years now, I am out of the loop a little. I am going with an all digital head unit. Thinking about filling the holes in the cockpit where the 6x9 are. Still kicking around some ideas. I may just leave it as a stocker. I read the Black Thunder thread.
