It was a v-bottom day in the keys today too, the guys in the first pic got beat to death, and the guys in the secon pic had a nice ride to the sandbar, good luck guys.

As my thoughts were, Class 4 would have been as exciting of a race as there ever could be.

OPA did the right thing canceling the race Water was BIG even for the greatest of all boats APACHE

OPA didn't cancel the race, I believe it was the Coast Guard because the inlet was so rough it made it unsafe to pass through. I'm sure if it was up to Smitty we would have been running the course a couple miles out in the big swells where the Apache would just eat it up.
