I'm considering installing one of these and am doing some research. Found this video on youtube of the drive being trimmed up and down and it seems that the steering angle changes with trim angle. Would twin steering rams prevent this?

I'm sure Rik will jump in and explain it, I believe the problem has been addressed and they have a solution.....

I think with steering u ment this one ???

and yes, i would say twin rams do prevent that from happening., since both pull or push the same way !

That is how the geometry works on the older ASD6's or in that case the 1721's on the box. Yes twin steering would cure that. Note: this is way better than if the steering cylinder was mounted off to the side like on the original installations.

The #7M's (current model) do not have this issue as it was one of the features I designed out of it.
