Is it ok to deal with Doug Russel?

I have been searching for some engines/outboards, and stumbled upon this doug russel, anybody heard of him???? Any comments?

Does anybody have a contact inside there or can forward me to someone from the sales, after using the website form , they say they will contact in an efficient manner but I havent got any reply.

I worked for a guy who bought an engine from there. We had a problem with the engine. I drove it up to them. They tore it down in front of me and when they found the problem was on their end they replaced the engine on the spot. No questions asked. Priced well also. I hope this helps.

I had a friend who bought a series of Checkmates brand new from them. He kept going back to buy so they must have been doing something right. This was in the '80s so they have been around a while.
