does it matter it will be returned to you worth $50,000 less after they beat the crap out of it, drill holes for mounting stuff, and left uncared for while they abused it

Scary Thought handing over a boat to a bunch of non boaters LOL

" you pay the insurance deductable" they planning an accident ?

I think i would pass

The deductible issue is the scary part........as in it could easily exceed the 3 months of "rental" payments. If this was legitimate they could easily contact a dealer in the area and he would gladly "rent" some trade ins or floorplanned used boats. Dealer wouldn't care so much about the boat (as long as he gets it back in one piece) since he doesn't have a personal attachment to it like an owner would. Boat is probably going to be used in a porn movie! :D

Great thought-take 20 suckers who are trying to sell their boats, get them to hand you over their boat, have them keep Ins. on it so the bank gets no notices, then take 20 boats and sell them for far less than their value, make a few stories up about the title being late, make a few payments on the persons account so they have no idea it is gone, you skip town with $300000.00?

Blue

That isn't real original......its called National Marine or Hideaway Marina-Pierre Gadreau. Guys have been doing that for years.......and they always get caught in the end!

Same thing happens in the car industry, thats how that thought flowed out so easy. Guy here in our small town took the local banks for about $250,000, had a whole stack of payment books and kept paying payments so customers had no idea. Good news-he got caught, bad news-he never spent a night in jail or prison.
