Just saw this on the web....a 620 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant being constructed just experienced a massive explosion.
Reports right now are sketchy but there are at least 2 fatalities with other reports saying it could be upwards of 50. Apparently it was a natural gas explosion during start-up testing.

Did a quick search and it appears this is a new Siemens 620MW plant being built and was scheduled to be operational in early 2010.
