I just spent an hour or so stuffing giveaways into envelopes. In the year or so that the site has been up and running, we've done a fair amount of giveaways, contests and such. It just struck me that I can't remember a single time that a package has left without something contributed by Freeze Frame's Jeff Gerardi.

Before the site even opened to the public, Jeff was on the phone asking for my address to send me goodies. Since then, I don't believe I've had to ask for stuff one time. I either get a call to ask what I need or sometimes boxes just show up.

As most of you know, the second item of our two-part mission is to help others. And in doing so, we like to put together little prize packages for those that contribute. Jeff is one of the guys that makes that possible.

Join me in thanking Jeff. Or even better, go to his site and buy something from him. Jeff isn't flying to these events in his Lear Jet, nor is he hanging out the window of his own private Jet Ranger. Like many in this biz, he's a "little guy" doing this because of his passion for the sport.

There is no one out there who appreciates Jeff more than I;

I had some of Jeff's stuff to give away at St Clair and Michigan City.

He added video recording to the Batboat when I raced it in St Clair and gave me several copies of the tape.

He took numerous shots when I raced, and copied me on almost all.

He spent hours trying to setup to print pictures he took at the Key West party to raise some money for HORBA. Unfortunately the wireless link would not work there.

And he took the shot that made the Hot Shots full spread of Powerboat Magazine. Something I cannot thank him enough for because it's probably a once in a lifetime thing. (Although I plan on trying again:sifone:)

Thanks Jeff, :cheers2:
