Car hauled ... Cle. to Fll. ??? HELP !

Hey guys my folks had a co. set up to haul their car down and they never showed yesterday . ( AAA Auto Hauling ) or something like that ??? Anybody know them ?
Does anybody know anybody that is reputable to do this ???
They are supposed to leave on weds. and the car is loaded with their stuff ect ....
