Josey Wales is a good one.

A classic. I believe it was the first movie that Clint directed.

The Holy Grail is the funniest movie of all time!:sifone: I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries.

What makes you think she's a witch?
Peasant 3: Well, she turned me into a newt!
Sir Bedevere: A newt?
Peasant 3: [meekly after a long pause] ... I got better.
Crowd: [shouts] Burn her anyway!

My favorite!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Who goes there?
King Arthur: It is I, Arthur, son of Uther Pendragon, from the castle of Camelot. King of the Britons, defeater of the Saxons, Sovereign of all England!
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Pull the other one!
King Arthur: I am, and this is my trusty servant Patsy. We have ridden the length and breadth of the land in search of knights who will join me in my court at Camelot. I must speak with your lord and master.
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: What? Ridden on a horse?
King Arthur: Yes!
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: You're using coconuts!
King Arthur: What?
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: You've got two empty halves of coconut and you're bangin' 'em together.
King Arthur: So? We have ridden since the snows of winter covered this land, through the kingdom of Mercia, through...
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Where'd you get the coconuts?
King Arthur: We found them.
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Found them? In Mercia? The coconut's tropical!
King Arthur: What do you mean?
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Well, this is a temperate zone
King Arthur: The swallow may fly south with the sun or the house martin or the plover may seek warmer climes in winter, yet these are not strangers to our land?
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
King Arthur: Not at all. They could be carried.
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: What? A swallow carrying a coconut?
King Arthur: It could grip it by the husk!
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.
King Arthur: Well, it doesn't matter. Will you go and tell your master that Arthur from the Court of Camelot is here?
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Listen. In order to maintain air-speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings forty-three times every second, right?
King Arthur: Please!
1st soldier with a keen interest in birds: Am I right?

It's amazing how many of Clint Eastwoods are among my favorites, just watched
ElCamino for the first time last night, that movie was not what I expected, I loved
it but wound up crying at the end.

I can't remember the name of one of my favorites, Edward Norton and Richard Gere were in it, Gere plays and attorney that defends Norton for murder, he gets him off, but winds up getting duped by Norton. Anyone remember the name of that movie?

Talk about a surprise ending!

Are you sure you didn't mean Gran Torino? Clint doesn't kill anybody in that movie, it was almost as bad as the Bridges of Madison County, :(

My mom hates Clint Eastwood because when we were kids, dad took her to see the Good the Bad, and the Ugly on their anneversary. She still gripes about it. Dad didn't do much better this year, he took her to see the movie about Ungrateful Bastards or something. Mom said it was way bloodier than any Clint movie she ever saw.

Godfather 1 and 2

Ronin has that dark sinister tone to it that goes great with DeNiro but Jean Reno is the true cold blooded one even on that movie.

Another good one from Jean Reno is Léon-the Professional.
also one not to forget...
Rutger Hauer in Bladerunner and Hitcher 1986....
And after all gotta give Arnold his chance in T2-Judgement Day.

I could give a tall list of Mob Movies as I´m a big fan of them but the essential ones already got covered exept maybe True Lies and Mystic River by Sean Penn.
