Where can I buy replacement internal exhaust flaps ??

I need a pair of internal exhaust flaps. Mine mount inside the exh tip. There is a small round bar welded inside the tip and the flapper seems to have been bonded to this bar. My flaps are deteriorated and there is hardly anything left of them.

I have seen the retro-fit flaps that have a new bar to weld in, but can I buy some replacement flaps that would somehow attach to my existing round bars ?

I have done some searching on the net, but don`t see what I need.

I have 4" exhaust.

Anyone ?

i have had three sets of metal flaps welded in, listened to them rattle after they lost their rubber strip and then lost them completely.

The rubber ones only require two holes drilled and they don't rattle
