The new style CPR with video

I have been certified to teach and examine bronze medallion and cross courses for the last 6 years, and I find that the system keeps going down hill. I think we are simplifying it to a point where it might almost become useless. When I first learned CPR it was about 10 years ago and we had to do pulse checks, 15 compressions and 2 breaths. One of my biggest complaints is that they got rid or AR with the new system of 30 compressions and 2 breaths. I surely do not need someone breaking my ribs performing CPR if all they needed to do was administer AR. Another one of my complaints is that you can now be 12 years old to receive your BM. To me, this is a foolish mistake because what 12 year old is really going to be able to compress a grown persons chest to the point where CPR is effective.

yeah...
