Wanted to give a big thanking to everyone that helped Dale win the Weatherby rifle for his friend Frank. They heard sometime today and here is the e-mail he sent to us.

Well, we won! Ed Weatherby called Frank and congratulated him. Now we are
waiting for another call from him. Frank is a nervous wreck. We wrote some
quotes in the press release that they are going to put out. Thanks to
everyone that voted! There is also an article in the paper today. California
here we come!

The final tallies are in and we have our list of winners in the "Why I Want a Weatherby" Video Contest. Dale Hagberg's entry promoting his friend, Frank McDonald, was declared the Grand Prize winner based on garnering nearly 6,600 votes in the contest. As Hagberg is paralyzed and confined to a bed, his friend and former hunting partner McDonald will be the recipient of an expense-paid trip to Weatherby headquarters in Paso Robles, California where he will build his own custom rifle!

In all, more than 68,000 votes were cast in the "Why I Want a Weatherby" Video Contest by members of Weatherby Nation. We're very happy with the results and wish to thank everyone for their participation in this fun and exciting contest. We appreciate your support of Weatherby and Weatherby Nation.
