Stepped 38 scarab with 525s/ Bravos SPEED?

I have been on a 38 AVS with 600 volvos and duo prop drives. The fastest I have ever gone on that boat was 82 according to GPS, but most runs 80 is all the boat has, so I can see a 525 boat being a mid 70's boat. With the right props and X setup it might do a little better, but I think hitting 80+ won't happen IMO.

I've got a 38 AVS with Merc's 500 HP Bulldogs, extension boxes, bravos and labbed 30's... right at 80 MPH. I think he'd see mid to upper 70's for sure.
