I suspect it does not exist. It makes a good story to say " Photo Finish" but, the lack of a photo with the story immediately discredits it IMO

(But in horse racing, the favorite horse does not always win.)

Rumor has it the Alex and Ani boat was disqualified for being off the course the last couple laps and they called it a photo finish to save face for everyone.

1) Any boat sponsored by Big Corn.
2) The other boat, whether it was faster or not.
