I had too much fuel on board.......or

I had another inch of throttle left.....or

My googles were smeared so I stayed conservative...."

Classic boat racer excuses.... :D

Bottom line....if I could figure out how to shoot flames out of the exhaust at the dock....I'd have it all... :p
