If you have not seen this video or any of the others in the series it is definately worth watching. There is many people and other videos regarding the realism or if it and the others or if they were all faked. It is entirely possible that it was staged, however, after having worked in a both adult and child psychciatric facilities and having dealt with many psych patients with broad ranges of conditions and behaviour I think that this is completely beliveable. And if they are staged, then this kid as a very good chance at a career in the entertainment industry.
