The fukker is out of his mind- literally.

Keep in mind that the feds were already investigating him when the whole senate seat thing came up during wiretapped conversations. There are thirteen charges in the impeachment resolution and he's still acting like Mr. Clean.

When this story first broke, I was following it fairly closely over on Kos- there are several folks there very familiar with Chicago/Illinois politics, and some of the stories they were relating about this fool were nothing short of incredible- many believe he is schizophrenic or at the very least, bi-polar. Even in these times, it was amazing that he's lasted as long as he has.

That crooked bastard is crazy... Good god, you've got senators that have stepped down for the simple fact they cheated on their wives or slept with a hooker or 2. Which if you ask me, is kind of human nature. Not that I think it's ok but you get my point... And then you've got this dirty sob that honestly thinks he is in the right and the majority of the U.S knows he's in the wrong and want him OUT. I was amazed to hear the press conference with him stating that he was looking forward to the senate hearing so he could clear his name...I say string the bastard up and leave him for the wolves.

I heard somebody today suggest that he step down and plead insanity. I think that is totally appropriate.
