Airbus crash photo?

Just got this seems a little far fetched

The world saw the disappearance of an A330 Air France during a trans Atlantic flight between Rio to
Paris .
Two shots taken inside the plane before it crashed. Unbelievable! Photos taken inside the aircraft.....
The two photos attached were apparently taken by one of the passengers before the aircraft crashed. The photos were retrieved from the camera's memory stick. You will never get to see photos like this. In the first photo, there is a gaping hole in the fuselage through which you can see the tailplane and vertical fin of the aircraft. In the second photo, one of the passengers is being sucked out of the gaping hole. (Karen's note---actually the man who got 'sucked out' was seated aisle in second row on the right in the first picture!!!!!! The aisle seat passenger on the first row on the right side was probably dead by this second shot; so is the man wearing tie&suit with a congested face)
These photos were found in a digital Casio Z750, amidst the remains. Although the camera was destroyed, the Memory Stick was recovered. Investigating the serial number of the camera, the owner was identified as Paulo G. Muller, an actor of a theatre for children known in the outskirts of Porto Alegre . It can be imagined that he was standing during the turbulence, he managed to take these photos, just seconds after the tail loss the aircraft plunged. The structural stress probably ripped the engines away, diminishing the falling speed, protecting the electronic equipment but not unfortunately the victims.. Paulo Muller leaves behind two daughters, Bruna and Beatriz.

holy f uck , what a presence of mind to know you were going to die and take these photo's

They can't be real.....when the plane becomes de-pressurized, wouldn't the people...uh explode for lack of a better term?

It is a screen shot from an episode of "Lost" and was originated as a hoax in 2006 after a different crash.

I meant that it was a hoax from a TV show....
Probably started by the lost people.....:)

No, snopes says some guy did to prove a point after a 737 crash in 2006. He wanted to prove that people skim and don't read. But you would have to read the snopes article to know that. :D:biggrinjester:

No. Common misconception perpetuated by the movie industry. Nor will the 400 lb fat man next to you be sucked through a quarter-sized hole in the fuselage.

Aircraft are pressurized to a pressure equivalent to atmospheric at 3500 ft. Atmospheric at sea level is 14.7, and at 35,000 it's about 4 1/2. So a plane flying at 35,000 ft has about 7 lbs more pressure inside than outside. If you were to rip a massive hole in the side, you'd get some air rush. A bullet hole would leak almost unnoticeably.

in my defense the thread is titled " airbus rash" so I was commenting on the horrible rash the guy in the front seat has , to be that close to it and snap photo's is amazing:leaving:

AF pilots used to have a phrase- "If it doesn't say Boeing, I'm not going".

I have to say that I'm slightly uncomfortable in an aircraft constructed by the guys that brought the world Citroens with help from the fine people that brought us Lucas electrical components

Happy now? I fixed it. I just showed it to a friend and the first thing he said "Wasn't that crash at night during a storm?"

I think we should send this one to mythbusters. Thet should be able to shoot a hole in a plane at 35,000 feet.....

Didn't they once stick a fat lady to a toilet seat in a plane with the old style flush toilets?

They made a mold out of that jello stuff and tried it, couldn't get a good enough seal, myth busted
