454 Mag Motor worth?

[PARADOX]

I got a guys who want's to buy my 1994 Merc. 454 Mag, naturaly aspirated. Motor is good but need the cab rebuilt? or a new carb.
Runs fine with a 2 Barrel, but a 4V is the standard.
How much does it worth with all the accesories (alt, power steering pump, manifolds, etc) minus drive,
Has about 350-375 hours. Compressions is good, no issues.
