Great day. Raised some serious cash for Children's Wish too.

That river run was awesome Sean.

After we blew the engine in my Pantera Sean called me to find out why we didnt make the first card stop. When I told him we had motor problems he not only insisted on coming back to get us but in doing so also had to pull his boat out of the water to fuel it because he didnt plan for the extra miles coming back for us (which was wayy too nice and above and beyond). While pulling his boat out the poor guy falls into the lake and loses his $$ shades.

What began as a really crappy day after having issues only 45 seconds into the run turned out to be a blast, especially after the 100mph run in Sean's Eliminator through the river. It was great too because it was the first time my father had ever been in a poker run and the first time either of us have been in a cat. Also the fastest I have ever been in a boat!

Thanks very much for coming back for us pal. It was really above and beyond.

Nice Pics. Looks like a fun day.

ar15meister what caused the engine to blow? Good thing it happened at the end of the season, to bad it did not last for the run.

Your welcome.
Like I told ya pal, thats what boaters do. It was just a "Pay it forward" from Alec the last two seasons while my boat was being redone.
