I always thought that each dB was three times the sound energy...

So - Back to JOTJ: Where's a good place to launch and to stay before the run?

The entry forms have been sent. I decided to send them out a little early so they would be available to any of you that wanted to get them off your office computer before the weekend would be able to. There available on the website also.

What's Friday night at JP like? Fun time? Do most of the entrants stay that night up there or just show up Saturday?

I think I am going to trailer up and put in for the entire experience.....

Not sure how the hell I'll get the Truck and Trailer back down to Hampton Roads, but I'll figure something out.....

simple........If you tow all the way up, leave the boat somewhere in Hampton and hitch a ride back up to JP on Sunday. We will be launching out of the Chick early Sat AM. I think a small group will be staying at a marina on the Chick friday night and heading out that AM also. (If I was heading all the way back I'd give you a ride to JP Sunday).
Now for the group that is likely staying on the Chick friday night.....I'm certain they are going to find a way to get up to JP for the friday night party. (It's a good time, but mild in comparison to the rest of the weekend). Maybe you need a slip on the Chick friday night too?????
