It is ... Hull is really nice and will look new after it gets buffed out. Interior was pretty filthy but my girl and her friend scrubbed for like 2 days on it.

So what are you doing for power? I'm too lazy to read through all the posts. LOL. I am re-powering right now and they should be pretty mean. Just curious what others are doing to their Sonics.

I dropped off the 454 Block, Heads, Crank, Rods etc to the Machine shop on Monday. I'm waiting to hear back from them after they are dipped. I should know more tomorrow about their condition.

I'm thinking 8.5:1 Roller Motors Naturally Asperated for now.

Why so low on compression? You thinking about superchargers in the future? I am building some N/A 540's with cnc'd AFR's and huge hyd rollers.

Yep I'd like to build some 540's but my budget doesnt allow it at this time. I'm already strechin with full Roller. Them damn lifters are expensive!

Check to see if there are LED options, much brighter and longer lasting. It is a good upgrade for her.

I went to LED's in the cabin also, they use so much less power. Nice Boat. Doug

Yeah ... I'm thinking about going with LED's in the cabin too .. Need a Starboard Housing for the running lights though. Then possibly replace the standard bulbs with LED's

It's been a while since I posted anything. lately I've just been collecting Parts and waiting for my motors to get done. Well in the past 2 days I got both of my motors so I figured I'd share some pix. They are on my FB account ... Here's the link. I'll try to get some posted here when I get more time. I'm trying to be boating on Monday so Back to work for me!
