OK dumb question, I don't know how to use pay pal for this, when I clicked on the link, Ian's account came up so I opened in, now what, how to I proceed to or find where the raffle info is.

Let me try to get this right from when I entered.

At that point it should have a default of paying for a service or product. Choose service since no shipping expense needs to be added.

Then I believe to who is next. Type in serious@seriouoffshore.com

Then how much.

Then comments, Put in your $3000 for 100 tickets for Key West Rafle, Donna, "Ms PatriYacht",

At that point it should ask your paying details from an account or credit card or?????

These may be somewhat out of order, but I think it's very very close.

I did manage to figure it out though, I was just used to paying paypal through ebay and that seemed to work differently.
