Think Chris is correct its a 36' twin bow rails up both sides of the deck and a hatch all the way up front, Mistress had center bow rail and two hatches, side by side, right forward of the fairing or windshield.

My guess is the 35 Mistress with the paint and the low slung windshield shown.

36 had the straight windshileld. The 35 had the vee-shaped one. Also, the 36 had that raised area on the deck where the two side-facing vents back by the engine hatches. That particular boat was rigged with 3's and had Hawk 557's in it and was out of Cleveland. Forgot the owner's name- been a long time.

Name was Terry Phillips, I think. Lived down the beach from my parents. I grew up on Lake Erie in Mentor and used to watch, more like drool, all the performance guys go by the house. Chris, are you an East Sider?

That's him. When Cig introduced the production 38SE, they put on a road show visiting all their dealers. One stop was in Cleveland. It was covered the next day in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Terry had his boat out running with the new shiny Cig- and was running circles around it. He also had a 40' Active vee.

I grew up down by Akron.
