    The funny thing about Speed Racer and Gino's Mercedes boats is that neither person would have ordered them that way. However, once they rode in them and got the deals they got, there was no turning back. I know when Bob bought Speedy, it was a deal he couldn't turn down vs. buying it or another brand new. At first he planned on repainting it but, after a year of running it, decided to leave it because of all the smiles it gave people when they see it.

    While I can't the ones here are certainly questionable, I still believe it's a personal choice.

    A few years back I was sitting at Shooters with the former owner of the "other" site. The boats from the MIA Poker Run were just pulling in. I saw this beautiful(to Me) TopGun. I commented on it and said Board Gods girlfriend said" That would be nice without that hideous paint"....

    So a few months later......you know where this is going......I bought it.
