I'm telling ya I'm pretty sure they are the same boat. Lethal Weapons first race in the 41 Apache was Key West 1988 and the story I remember is it was the old Red Cloud. They got the boat right before this race. We need someone to confirm this either way...

the original owner of red cloud was my bestfriends dad Manny Fernandez not Mandy.....

I saw Lethal Weapon in neglected state at Kurts Marine in Brick NJ a few years back. The boat wasn't run in ages by the looks of it.

At the time I was up at Kurt's looking at another Apache to buy, but I was told that Lethal Weapon was one of the heavier race boats any truth to this? I remember looking at the transom and the HIN I know it had the later style transom and was built in the late 80's if I remember correctly.
