28' Single 880 HP 3A Speedmaster ran right at 95 MPH on GPS first time in the water back in 2000. I drove the Supercharger System 38' back in 1995 at 112 MPH at Lake X.

Fastest from 60-90 MPH this 28' triple 2.5 would be in the top 3.I raced this one in 1994. Incredible acceleration!!

93.7 MPH from the F2 35' with an additional 800 pounds on board to make weight.

JO, thanks for jumping in here! So... Supercharger Systems is the fastest? Dang, and that poor old girl gets no respect!

Keep up the good work bud!

Hey LB320, I know you've been looking for a trip/ob race Pantera for a while. Did you look at "Little Fish"? Or was that off the list due to the repaint and the questionable power?

I miss my boat, could be the fastest/baddest 28 Pantera to date. I do not recall anyone reaching speeds over 100. The Mig28 reached 102 in the Miami intercoastal water way in 2007. Dont try this at home it is very dangerous, I`m a trained stupid pro/racer. Dude Sweat was one of the few that enjoyed a ride in Mig28. He only saw 94 mph that day. He had a blast though !

Well, I bought a cat... and two hulls no less. But no, I ended up doing a deal with Duunoit and we swapped my pleasure 28 for his 24 and his 28 race. I was really close to pulling the trigger on that Conquest cat, but then this came up and it felt like the right decision. I'm really happy I went this way... Glad to say in the family. And I'll keep my eye on the Conquest as well.

OK so as it stands now...

    1. Supercharger Systems (38) 112mph
    2. Plum Loco (24) 103.6mph
    3. Mig28 (28) 102mph.

    Is that about right?

I would have traded the Mig for your boat back then. I wanted a pleasure boat. Glad things worked out for the two of you.

I know. Timing wasn't right. I really wanted to, but couldn't, at that point, sell the old lady on a race boat...
