Yeah...I'm not planning on running hard by any means...just getting on plane for a bit and making sure all the gauges are working properly...probably be a short trip, like maybe an hour total. I'm worried about all the crap out there as well.

Den - I've got a meeting tonight up at Dave and Buster's off 355...can I swing by afterwards? Probably be around 9:30 or so...

I really don't think there is as much "crap" in the river the few times I have been in there. I am no expert but the times I was in there is was clear

can happen on the big lake or idling out of one of the marinas too. My dad hit a submerge telephone pole on trailer creek in MC many years ago, at idle. Luckily he was close the to the travel lift or that boat would have been at the bottom of the lake. Broke a prop and shaft log! Bottom line boating is a calculated risk no matter where it is done

I will admit it was cold at night last weekend on the river. Couldn't imagine being on the lake at night when its 56 degrees. I'm not that big of a fan!

    That's exactly what we're doing. Jeans/jackets/blankets.

I'd probably pass but these two girls

are bringing three other girls, and it should be a good time provided we have enough layers.
